Produced to support the Suicide Prevention Lifeline, these songs give a timeline of emotions: from the good times, the suffering, hope, help, and grief. The lyrics transport listeners through the full range of feelings they may be going through. Knowing someone is there to help offers a place of healing and safety and that it is okay to be vulnerable. As Jon Lundin said: "I wrote about the highs and lows someone can feel when they put down their walls and wear their heart on their sleeve."
